Not only are we teaching international topics at our school, we are also extending this content to the larger audience. Narration: Student of Electrical and Computer Engineering Kim Eunji Yesterday’s technology made today possible, and today’s technology will bring about a greater tomorrow. Our ideas have been turned to reality and our study will be transformed to a new future. The center of the world! This place is The College of Engineering at Seoul National University. There are 16 departments and an interdisciplinary college that combines 83 different disciplines. The academic environment at SNU provides a spiring engineers with in-depth knowledge, know-how and communication skills. SNU’s engineers learn from each of their academic disciplines and realize the infinite possibilities provided by their technological achievements. *Interview(Chair Professor, Hyeon Taeghwan Dept. Chemical and Biological Engineering) Engineering is involved in every aspect of our lives. It makes our dreams into reality, and provides the basic framework for everything. Mechanical Engineering) So, in the past or even until now, it has been possible to carry out in-depth research focusing on one major field, but in the future it is necessary to carry out research beyond the boundary. When you jump into these studies, new research results will be born. The Korean and foreign professors alike are all world-ranked professionals in their fields who work to develop a new paradigm that will lead all others in research and education. For the past three years in the faculty, we have been assisted in many ways such as provision of a business space and overseas exhibitions. Through these supports, our solution has also been recognized overseas. If you want, you can become an entrepreneur like us, and the college of engineering will support you through various programs. Of the 60 engineers who helped South Korea develop, 43 graduated from SNU.
