[Class Attendance Approval] Attendance Acknowledgment Criteria of COVID-19 Vaccination

► In accordance with the 3rd quarter vaccination plan for residents aged 18 to 49, attendance acknowledgment criteria regarding COVID-19 vaccination is set as follows.
1. Attendance Acknowledgment Criteria

2. Attendance Acknowledgment Process (For Students)
1) Fill out 'Attendance Acknowledgment Request Form' (Attached file)
- Request reason: Article 4 (1) "2"
(Attendance acknowledgment regarding infectious diseases)
- Detailed reason: "COVID-19 Vaccination"
2) Submit 'Attendance Acknowledgment Request Form' and documentary evidence
(Vaccination certificate, etc.) to instructors/professors of registered courses.
