I．   Organization

II．   Schedule

14^th-28^th November: Online registration;

4^th December: Platform Orientation;

2pm on 5^th December to 2pm on 6^th December: Online Competition (A 24-hour Event);

3pm to 5.30pm on 6^th December: Online technical review and awards.

III．   Competition rules

The competition adopts the online problem-solving mode, using the online competition platform provided by the organizing committee. And each team participates online through Internet. Through solving the problem, Teams get scored by submitting correct flags. 

The score of each challenge will be dynamically calculated according to the number of solved teams.

Final ranking is determined by the total score and solving time of each team.

The question types are mainly in the form of Web, PWN, reverse, password, MISC, etc.

IV．   Prize

The first place (champion) will be awarded with a bonus of 10,000 Yuan (or equivalent prize) and a certificate of honor.

The 2^nd place will be awarded with a bonus of 8,000 Yuan (or equivalent prize), and a certificate of honor.

The 3^rd place will be awarded with a bonus of 5,000 Yuan (or equivalent prize) and a certificate of honor.

Besides, from the 4^th team to 8^th team will be awarded with a bonus of 3000 (or equivalent prize), totaling 15000.

All participating team members are awarded a certificate of honor.

V．   Application

College teams fill in the application form and stamp it with official seal (school seal or department seal), and scan to generate a PDF file send back to hitctf2020@126.com .

Every Team are supposed to send Table1 and Table2 to the Competition Organizing Committee.
