Professor Changdon Kee Appointed as the President of the Institute of Positioning, Navigation, and Timing

At the regular general assembly of the Institute of Positioning, Navigation, and Timing hosted at Jeju Island on November 8^th 2018, SNU Professor Changdon Kee has been elected as the 5^th president of the institute. His two-year term of office begins on January 1^st, 2019.
