Signed a Memorandum of Understanding for Technical Cooperation

SNU College of Engineering (Dean Kookheon Char) signed an agreement with SK Telecom on November 5 regarding technological cooperation.
The signing ceremony, held at Seoul National University, was attended by major officials including SNU Dean Kookheon Char, head of SNU Engineering Consulting Center Kisuk Kang, SK Telecom's group chief Jongmin Lee and team leader Changsoon Choi.
With the agreement, SNU defined the basic direction and main contents of cooperation and partnership across the entire business based on the core technological capabilities that it possesses through technical cooperation with SK Telecom.
SNU College of Engineering and SK Telecom plan to cooperate towards ▲ scouting technology that matches SK Telecom's differentiation technology with SNU Engineering Consulting Center's research staff ▲ technological convergence involving the sharing and cooperation of technological information possessed by the two parties ▲maximization of corporate value and ▲ joint investment attraction.
"Through this agreement, we have a chance to witness the cooperation between SK Telecom's telecommunications technology, business ability, financial strength, global network with SNU's engineering professors, engineering experts and outstandingly talented individuals," says SNU Dean Kookheon Char. "We will strive to foster a competitive global unicorn company through joint commercialization," he added.
