SNU professor Euijoon Yoon was selected as a president
of the MIT alumni association of Korea

SNU Department of Materials Science and Engineering Professor Euijoon Yoon was selected as the 18th president of the MIT alumni association of Korea. Professor Yoon will be leading the alumni association for his 2 year terms. Professor Yoon received the Ph.D. degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Department of Electronic Materials and researched in AT&T Bell Research Laboratory. Since 1992, he has been working as a faculty member in SNU Department of Materials Science and Engineering. Moreover, he served as a associate dean of SNU College of Engineering International and Public Relations, a associate dean of SNU Graduate School of Convergence Science and Technology, a president of Advanced Institutes of Convergence Technology, and a managing director of Core Industry Sector Office of Strategic R&D Planning Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.
