2021 Summer Program, called ESEP-G

(Engineering Summer Education Program -General)

An outline of the program is as below.
1. Schedules
*June 7 to July 16, 2021 (6 weeks)

2. Applicants
Undergraduate applicants must have completed at least two full years of
study in a bachelor's degree program by the time the program begins.
Applicants must remain enrolled at their current home university until
the ESEP program ends.

3. Maximum number of participants
 20

4. Financial support
Stipend: JPY 160,000 by UTokyo
Actual Airfares: Maximum KRW 400,000 by SNU (for more details, please contact Ms. Heesun Kim, kavkr@snu.ac.kr)

5. Accommodation
Off-campus accommodation will be provided by UTokyo.

6. Applications
Applicants must apply for the program through the T-cens SP online
application system.

3:00 pm November 15, 2020 (JST*) ? 3:00 pm January 8, 2021 (JST)
JST*- Japan Standard Time

8. Special condition for regarding to COVID-19
1) The program will be cancelled to be taken place in Japan when the travel
restrictions and quarantine measures due to the influence of COVID-19 are
still in effect as of MARCH 15, 2021. (* SNU can also restrict this program by Korean government policy and by SNU regulations.) 
     
There will be no postponement nor re-opening.
2) Online courses
Only those laboratories offering both in -person and online courses will
allow students to switch from in-person courses to online courses upon
confirming their intentions. Please refer more details on our website.
