The Interdisciplinary Program in Intelligent Aerospace System was established to build educational programs and practical infrastructures for the timely development of advanced human resources to successfully lead the country's mid-to long-term space development projects. It aims to foster high-end, creative and practical human resources necessary for the realization of space power and the development of space industry, providing the basis for the development of core technologies in the field of projectiles, satellites and space material.
SNU collaborates with industries and research institutes for the joint development and operation of educational programs. By offering domestic and international field internships, we aim to nurture professionals who can immediately contribute to leading industries.
Considering the wide-ranging nature of space technology, its systematic integration, and its interdisciplinary nature, this program involves professors from different disciplines such as aerospace, mechanical engineering, materials engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, computer engineering, astrophysics, mathematical sciences, and life sciences. This approach aims to effectively deliver education by accommodating these diverse aspects of the field.
SNU actively engages in student exchange programs, collaborate with prestigious educational institutions abroad, and build networks with international research institutes. We aim to secure international competitiveness and build an extensive global network in the field of space-related activities.
