When …
 		 Do …
 
Immediately after COVID-19 infection occurs on campus
 		 Confirmed patients and their contact persons (who have shared the same space, dined together, etc. within 2 – 3 days) must immediately report to the department/program office and SNU Health Service Center (02-880-5342).
 
After SNU investigates on on-campus travel routes, check the Information, and
 		 A. Those who have been in contact with the confirmed patients within 2 – 3 days must report to the department/program office and SNU Health Service Center (02-880-5342).

B. Those who have been in the travel route and develop suspected symptoms must report to the department/program office and SNU Health Service Center (02-880-5342), and go under self-quarantine.

C. Those who have been in the travel route but do not develop suspected symptoms stay home and self-quarantine for 3 -4 days. When developing suspected symptoms, these must report to the department/program office and SNU Health Service Center (02-880-5342).

D. Those who have not been in the travel route but develop suspected symptoms stay home and self-quarantine for 3 -4 days. If the symptoms continue, these must address it to SNU Health Service Center (02-880-5342).

E. Others must observe personal hygiene.
 
After the local public health division investigates on the rest of the travel routes, check the information through the district office’s website or blog, and
 		 A. The local public health center will contact the official self-quarantine subjects and monitor the status. These must not go outside, stay home in an isolated space, not share their stuffs with others, and comply with daily health status self-monitoring.

B. Those who have been in the travel route and develop suspected symptoms must report to the department/program office and SNU Health Service Center (02-880-5342), and go under self-quarantine.

C. Those who have been in the travel route but do not develop suspected symptoms stay home and self-quarantine for 3 -4 days. When developing suspected symptoms, these must report to the department/program office and SNU Health Service Center (02-880-5342).

D. Those who have not been in the travel route but develop suspected symptoms stay home and self-quarantine for 3 -4 days. If the symptoms continue, these must address it to SNU Health Service Center (02-880-5342).

E. Others must observe personal hygiene.
 
 

Attendance Policy for COVID-19 Concerns

Confirmed Patient, Suspected Patient, Symptomatic Case under Investigation, Self-Quarantine  (under active surveillance)
 		 1. Report your status to the college/program office.

2. Go under self-quarantine for the following time period. (During the quarantine period, it is not allowed to enter the campus.)

 · Confirmed Patients: Until being confirmed to be fully recovered (discharged)

 · Suspected Patients: Even when being tested negative, until the noon of the 15th day from the day when they made the last contact with the confirmed case

 · Symptomatic Cases under Investigation: Upon COVID-19 test; discharged when being tested negative; For symptomatic students who newly (re-)enter Korea, self-quarantine for 14 days

 · Self-Quarantine  (under active surveillance): Until the noon of the 15th day from the day when they made the last contact with the confirmed case; For students who newly (re-)enter Korea, self-quarantine for 14 days

3. Attendance policy during the self-quarantine period

 · For non-face-to-face class, join the class at home.

 · For in-person class, report it to the instructor and join the alternative that is provided by the instructor.

4. Participation in In-person class after self-quarantine

 · Confirmed patients must take a confirmation from their college administrative office and SNU Health Service Center before entering the campus.
 
Contact with Suspected/Symptomatic Patients
 		 1. Return home immediately after being confirmed to have been in contact with the suspected patient or symptomatic cases under investigation.

· Students who (may) have been in contact with the cases above must sanitize their hands and return home, wearing a facemask.

· For in-person classes that they cannot join (until being tested negative), students must report it to the instructor and have the absences officially excused.

2. Take a COVID-19 diagnostic test at the state-designated medical facilities; in case being tested negative, they can enter the campus.
 

 
If one cannot make attendance to class due to COVID-19 related concerns, they must address it to the instructor for further guidance.
