Online Application Guide (Online)

SNU Office of International Affairs conducts online group application for the smooth issuance of Residence Card and Visa.
Enrolled students who need to apply must complete the application within the applicable period.
 
1. Application period information
1) Residence Card issuance: Sep 1 (Wed) ~ Sep 14 (Tue)
2) Student visa (D-2) extension: Sep 1 (Wed) ~ Sep14 (Tue)
3) Visa change application from D-4 to D-2: Aug 12 (Thu) ~ Aug 22 (Sun)
 
2. Cost by task

  Target Students Visa work Cost
1 Obtaining a student visa (D-2) from abroad Students who entered the country Issuance of Residence Card 40,000 (KRW)
2 Students who need to change their visa from undergraduate student visa (D-2-2) to master's student visa (D-2-3) / master’s student visa (D-2-3) to Ph.D. student visa (D-2-4) D-2 visa
extension		 70,000 (KRW)
Students who need a student visa (D-2) extension among general enrolled students
Students who need to extend their student visa (D-2) due to re-taking or thesis guidance schedule
3 Changing visa from Language Training Visa(D-4) to Student Visa(D-2) D-2 Visa Change 140,000
(KRW)
