Seoul National University Department of Architecture will conduct an invited lecture for two days from 8 t9 9 by inviting a world-renowned architect Rafael Moneo.
This lecture is a series of <SNU-MOKCHON Lectures>, which is held thanks to the 1 billion donations of the Seoul National University Department of Architecture alumni Jungsik Kim, who is a president of the Mokchon Cultural Foundation. This will be hosted by Seoul National University Department of Architect and will hold lectures every year by inviting world-renowned architects who have not been able to meet in Korea.
Rafael Moneo's public lecture <BEHIND BUILDINGS>, held at 6 pm on the 8th, will be held at the Auditorium of Seoul National University Museum (MoA) and simultaneous interpretation in Spanish will be provided.
On the 9th, there will be a 'talk with students' time, where students can directly ask questions to Rafael Moneo and have discussions with him. This will be held from 3 pm at the Multipurpose Hall on the first floor of the 39th Building in Seoul National University. All programs are free of charge.
Rafael Monet is an architect from Madrid, Spain, and received Pritzker Architecture Prize in 1996, the Nobel Prize for architecture.
