SNU College of Engineering (Dean Cha Kook-Heon) has signed a contract with Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) for joint virtual lectures at the “Asian Deans’ Forum (ADF)” between six leading Asian engineering colleges on last 2^nd.
 
This contract has allowed professors from SNU College of Engineering and HKUST College of Engineering to run lectures on pilot subjects starting this Fall Semester of 2018. The lectures will be in English and students who complete the course will receive corresponding credits.
 
Meanwhile, the 3^rd ADF hosted this year was held at National University of Singapore (NUS). Participants included College of Engineering delegates from SNU, HKUST, NUS, National Taiwan University (NTU), University of Tokyo (UTokyo), and Tsinghua University (THU). Dean Cha Kook-Heon and Department of Materials Science and Engineering Dean Joo Young-Chang represented SNU at the forum to present on the topics of SNU College of Engineering’s Startup Education and International Exchange Programs.
