SNU College of Engineering Extends Academic Exchange and Student Exchange Agreement with Catholic University of Louvain

SNU College of Engineering (Dean Kookheon Char) announced on 8^th their extension agreement with Catholic University of Louvain (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven) for academic and student exchange.
 
The agreement ceremony was hosted at Grand Hyatt Seoul on March 27^th. The participants included Dean Kookheon Char of SNU College of Engineering, President Luc Sels of Catholic University of Louvain, and Philippe of Belgium who had made a state visit to Korea. This agreement, first suggested by the Catholic University of Louvain in 2014, concluded for an extension; thus, allowing SNU to send and support 2 undergraduate engineering students with scholarship to study at Louvain during regular semester every year.
 
SNU College of Engineering states, “We expect that this agreement will allow meaningful academic exchange of leading engineering skills and technologies between the two engineering colleges. We will provide our engineering students with opportunities for creative researches and global experiences.”
